Chris catered for 160 people at our barn wedding in August 2009. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the first time we met him, offering advice and suggestions on how to organise and equip the barn for the wedding, in addition to providing a super tasty wedding feast! The pork and the lamb were devoured by carnivores, but the vegetarians also appreciated the delicious goats cheese tartlets, and everyone told us how much they loved the chocolate cake. His whole set up was beautifully presented, with a minimum of fuss, and fit perfectly with our idea of a relaxed rustic wedding.

We hired Chris for our marquee wedding on the 30th of May 2009 and the food and service he provided were fab. The presentation and the flavour of the food was excellent. People are still talking about the roast pig and lamb, they loved it. The meat was so tender and full of flavour and I think I could just sit down and eat a whole plate of the crackling (delish). His price was very reasonable and if I had a function again, I would definitely get him to do the food.
